Renovations can be daunting but here at Rochet we aim to make the process easy and fluid.

STAGE ONE - Initial Process

1. Come and see us in the showroom, complete the book a consultation form or give Adam an email or Call on 9707 2366.
2. After having a discussion with Adam, he will book you in for a time to come out and see the space you would like to renovate. He will measure your kitchen and go through a design layout.
3. Adam will work on your quote and return it to you within roughly 10 business days. He will also provide you with plans and 3D drawings to assist you in visualising your design.
4. Once you have finalised your design with Adam and you are happy with your quote, its time to sign up and come into our showroom to choose your colours, finishes and hardware. Our lead time for installations are typically 4-8 weeks depending on the time of year.

STAGE TWO - Check Measure and Prepare

1. Once you have finalised your choices and signed up with Adam, Chris our Director will get in contact with you to arrange a time for him to come out and check measure your kitchen. 
2. Before Chris comes out, you will need to ensure you know what appliances you will be getting and finalise all of your colours/materials.
3. At the check measure, Chris will measure the space of your renovation and confirm what brand/model number your appliances are, as well as all of your colours/materials. He will also go through what trades you have selected (if applicable) and whether you would like to save any current appliances or hardware from your current kitchen. Chris will also confirm a tentative installation date for you at your check measure.
4. Rochet Kitchens will begin organising your materials and manufacturing, as well as booking in your required trades for you.
5. While we are busy organising the production, it's time for you to plan your arrangements for what you are going to do while your kitchen is not usable for roughly 2-4 weeks and begin the process of removing everything from your existing cabinetry.

STAGE THREE - Installation

1. The exciting stage! On the first day one of our installers will be on site, along with our electrician and plumber (if applicable) to remove your old kitchen. Your new kitchen will be usually be delivered once the old one has been removed. 
2. Your installation will take a few days to install. You are welcome to be home during the installation, or you can leave a key with us for the installer to be able to enter the home each day.
3. Once your laminate or stone benchtop is installed, Rochet will begin to organise the tiler or splashback company to complete the splashback and arrange for the plasterer to come out. 
4. Once the splashback is installed, we will arrange for the plumber and electrician to return and fit off all of your appliances and power points. 
5. Finalising the finishing touches. If you are having your flooring re done, we will come back at a later time to install the kicker faces.

STAGE FOUR - Final Inspection

1. Once your installation is complete, we will arrange for our director Chris to come out and perform a final inspection of your renovation. Our vision is to ensure we produce high quality kitchens, so we will ensure it is manufactured and installed to our highest of standards.
