Dear Barry,
We are writing to express how delighted we were with the service you and your team provided us. We were so fortunate to walk through your door!
From the very first moment you met with us and the personal, heartening manner with which you enthused us into the project, right through from Adam’s design to the removal of the old kitchen and the fitting of the new one was a happy revelation to us. Why? – Well, it was like having the job done by a bunch of professional ‘mates’. There was no formality and the whole approach was ‘what would you like – we can do it’ – and you did!
We have never; ever, experienced a project involving this range of tradesmen where we did not have some unhappiness along the line until your team turned up. The whole process was enjoyable and made the finished product such a delight not just because of the appearance, but also the care that had gone into it.
After yourself, there was Adam – quietly advising and never irritated when some fiddly change had to be made to the design at our request.
Then came Bill! – working with a huge grin and incredible speed and energy, yet attending to detail. There was the day he turned up unexpectedly to fix the mounting plate of a power point but also took the time to carefully sand the corners of the kickboards – ‘just to finish it right’! Then another when you sent him along to fix the window architrave left unfinished by the window installer (a job we had done prior to your arrival). If we had any apprehension, it soon dissipated when we saw Bill’s car roll up the driveway! How much he got domino in so little time was quite unbelievable.
The electricians asked us a few questions, made some suggestions and the jobs were done with no chatter. The best electricians we have had. Damien, the plumber. made short work of his tasks – fitting the appliances and cheerfully making suggestions for some other jobs in the house. Trevor, the plasterer, patiently went about his task, repairing walls and working around the other guys and did a super job all while the neighbour’s cat ate his slice of cake! Sylvester, the tiler, debatably had the fiddliest job – having to cut out old floor tiles and replace them exactly, apart from the super job of tiling the walls to make them look like new.
The end result is that it is a different home. Quite obviously, we are delighted and certainly endorse the fact that you have achieved the steps to your commitment to excellence in both quality and service as presented on your website.

We would like to give you all a big thank you for the fantastic kitchen you built for us. The old kitchen removed and the new kitchen fully operational in just two weeks was unbelievable. Nothing was too much trouble for your team. The tradies were a great bunch of blokes that took pride in everything they did and with a smile. Again thank you all so much, our kitchen is a dream come true.

Barry, Chris, Adam and the team at Rochet provided great service, a great job and a great outcome. They spent the time with us to ensure all of our requirements were met.

There were some challenges along the way, with managing the spaces and the requirements for those spaces. all were achieved with their attention to our needs.

Some flexibility was required to enable other trades and our specific requirements to be met. Nothing was a problem for them.

We really love our indoor/outdoor servery window, coffee station and the custom pantry.

As an additional item, we replaced the “skins” on the bathroom cabinet; it’s great too.

We highly recommend using Rochet Kitchens.

Monique and I felt Adam spent the time with us and didn’t rush us and he listened to what we wanted to achieve. It made it easy to get you to help with the other shelves too. I know on thing I wont change any plans again! Thank you for changing the sink around. In future if I need a kitchen or shelves I will be back. At the moment I am so sick of tradesmen and there messes! It’s nearly finished and I will have a new address!

A huge thank you firstly to Adam, Adam did an amazing design & 3D drawings for us to begin with.
He listened to what l wanted in the functionality of our kitchen & the results are amazing.
Rochet was able to recommend a Stone company for our bench tops & a Glass Splashback company for our Splashback’s., Plumbers & Electricians & they all came on time & were polite& respectful of our house leaving it clean & tidy at the end of each day.
Peter installed the cabinets & wall unit & was very polite & again made sure we were happy with every step along the way.
Barry always took our calls & was happy to discuss & come & check on the progress.

I am so happy with our new kitchen! I would highly recommend Rochet kitchens to anybody looking for a beautiful new kitchen. Adam was absolutely fantastic to deal with initially in the planning stages and it felt like we were dealing with a friend ie- no hard sales pressure just good old fashioned customer service. The kitchen was fitted in the time frame promised and I must say the look and quality of it has exceeded my expectations. The installers were fantastic and took great care.

At last I have a really lovely kitchen. Many thanks to all at Rochet Kitchens. You did a really great job. The stove and glass splashbacks took some time but all worth waiting for. Your men certainly know their jobs.

So I waited over a year to do this review because no point in reviewing the Kitchen you spend thousands on if you have problems a year after and sometimes longer. But these guys were amazing… also during Lockdowns in Vic. I dealt with Barry, Adam and Chris and all were great to work with. I live local to Berwick so trips to the showroom to double check on stock or samples was not a problem for the team. They worked with my trades I had scheduled onsite, their trades ie elec/plumber were also great to work with and around. Everything was effortless for them which gave us confidence we were getting a great product. We spent over $35k on our kitchen remodel including appliances and initially I had received 3 quotes and Rochet was the most reasonable and easiest to work with. One company came out without a measuring tape!! I know right???
Anyway I cant recommend the team highly enough and a year on, all the softclose mechanisms work fine, the laminate on the cupboards aren’t peeling or bubbling, the stone companies they outsource to provided great products….I can honestly say it still looks in brand new condition. If I ever have to renovate again I will be going back to these guys without a shadow of a doubt.
